Yes. All of our services are available both in-person at our Dubai Investment Park 1clinic and online via secure video call. We use an encrypted tele health platform that meets international privacy standards. Many clients, particularly those with sensory sensitivities or busy schedules, can find online therapy more accessible and just as effective.
Our clinicians are trained in a range of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based approaches, amongst others. All of our services are grounded inneurodiversity-affirming practices, and our clinicians uphold ethical standards that honor each client’s unique needs and experiences. We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Your therapistwill work collaboratively with you to tailor treatment plans based on your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
Coverage varies significantly between insurance providers and plans. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits, specifically if Psychotherapy (Psychological Therapies) is covered under your policy with a psychologist.Our clinic operates on a pay and claim reimbursement basis. We can provide you with an Invoice and we can fill out the clinical section of your insurance form that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
